She is known for optimizing HR processes and building strategic partnerships that drive success. Lin excels in addressing company needs with innovative HR solutions and has a strong background in Graduate Recruitment, guiding young talent through career development. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR and experience across the U.S. and Asia, Lin brings a global perspective, fluency in Mandarin, and a passion for fostering inclusive, collaborative work environments.
